By amending the Land Code and the laws “On Industrial Parks” and “On Land Lease,” the bill (Reg. No. 2589) suggest to release leading companies of newly created industrial parks from payments of lease for land plot on which the created industrial park functions during five years since the transfer of such plot for a lease.
Adoption of the draft was reasoned with the necessity to improve legislative regulation of issue of creation and functioning of industrial parks in Ukraine, in particular, regarding regulation of land relations during arrangement of industrial parks and realizations of projects within these parks.
